(General Terms and Conditions)

1. Purpose of the contract

The purpose of this contract is the implementation and management of an AI Assistant bot, personalized for the client's company.

2. Services included

The Service Provider undertakes to provide:

• Creating a Custom AI Assistant

• The initial configuration based on the transmitted data

• Access to a user page (video, instructions)

• Support via Telegram

• 1000 exchanges per month

• One (1) modification per month (text, content or behavior)

3. Rates

• Setup fees: from €49 including tax – payment by credit card only once when signing the contract

• from €29 including tax from the 2nd store

• Monthly subscription: from €39.90 incl. VAT/month – automatically debited by credit card

4. Commitment

This contract is without any commitment of duration.

The Customer may terminate the monthly subscription at any time by simple written notification by email with 15 days' notice before the next due date.

5. Delivery

The delivery time for the AI assistant is 15 working days from receipt:

• From the payment setup

• From the information form completed by the Client

6. Conditions of termination

The Customer may request to terminate the subscription at any time.

Any month started is due in full.

Any cancellation must be notified in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. No refund is due for periods already paid.

Otherwise, the subscription is automatically renewed for a further period of one month.

7. Support

The Provider provides technical support via the Telegram application, accessible Monday to Friday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
